BOOST Mobile and Sheldon Creed Victorious in SST Round 2 in Adelaide, Australia

ADELAIDE, S.A., AUSTRALIA (March 4, 2017) – Sheldon Creed out dueled Toby Price in Saturday’s thrilling second round of the SPEED Energy Stadium SUPER Trucks at the Clipsal 500 in Adelaide, South Australia.

Pole sitter Robby Gordon of Orange, Calif.; driving the SPEED Energy/ Toyo Tires truck would benefit from a poor finish on Friday to start up front in Round 2.

From the wave of the green flag Gordon wasted no time jumping out to the early lead, but it did not take Aberglasslyn, New South Whales driver Toby Price to work his way through the field from his eight starting position to track down Gordon on Lap-2.

The two competitors traded positions back and forth with close hard racing for multiple laps before Gordon attempted an aggressive slide job in Turn-14 loosing control and spinning out allowing Price to pull away.

Falling right into the battle where Gordon left off would be eleventh starting Sheldon Creed of El Cajon, Calif.; first racing the SuperCheap Auto/Hungry Jack’s truck of Gold Coast, Queensland driver Paul Morris hard for the second position and then quickly setting his sights on race leader Price.

After the competition caution Creed and Price would race side by side for multiple corners, until Creed would launch the BOOST Mobile truck into a daring move to the outside of Price to inch in front of the McDonald’s entry and successfully complete the pass entering the corner.

The Australian motorcycle hero would keep pace with the ultra quick Creed the final lap, but would never be able to make a move to regain the lead.

Creed would capture his first victory of the 2017 season, ahead of second finishing Price. Gordon would work his way back from his early spin to round out the podium.

Following Saturday’s second race of the season, Creed considered Saturday’s victory sweet redemption from a podium finish being taken away from him on Friday with a penalty late in the race.

Coming off a second place finish in Friday afternoons opening event Paul Morris would have another quality finish crossing the line in fourth while Adelaide, South Australia racer Travis Milburn driving the TRG Transport truck rounded out the top for the second straight day.

Penola, South Australia; driver Greg Gartner was sixth in his R & J Battery/ Fuchs No. 410, followed in seventh by Mesa, Arizona racer Gavin Harlien driving the Royal Purple Synthetic Oil truck.

Getting in a tangle late in the race for the second day, Erik Davis of Burbank, Calif.; driving the Always Evolving/ AerNow/ Replay XD truck would finish in the eighth position, while Jeff Hoffman from Phoenix, Ariz.; driving the Royal Purple Synthetic Oil truck was credited with ninth.

Fleurieu Milk driver Bill Hynes of Nazareth, Penn. would go on to finish the eight lap event in the tenth position ahead of Fridays opening round winner Adelaide, South Australia’s Craig Dontas who would encounter a broken axle early in the event and would just log laps under slow speeds. The No. 45 would be recorded in the eleventh position at the completion of the eight laps.

After hard contact with the outside wall early in the event Gold Coast, Queensland driver Matt Brabham driving the SafeCraft Saftey Equipment No. 83 would retire before the completion of the event, and would get credited with the twelfth and final position.

The SST trucks will return to the Adelaide Street Circuit for there third and final round of the Clipsal 500 on Saturday at 2:15 pm local time in front of another capacity crowd.

Sheldon Creed Wins Stadium SUPER Trucks Race 1 at Gold Coast 600

Gold Coast, QLD, Australia (October 21, 2016)- SST World Championship points leader Sheldon Creed of El Cajon, Calif.; would navigate his TRAXXAS truck past a mid-race road block on Lap 4 to cruise to his eleventh SPEED Energy Stadium SUPER Trucks Presented by TRAXXAS victory of 2016 in race one of the Gold Coast 600 weekend.

P.J. Jones from Scottsdale, Ariz.; driving the Royal Purple Synthetic Oil truck would finish second, while Gold Coast, Queensland, Aus.; TRAXXAS driver Matt Brabham would complete the podium.

With most drivers struggling to hit their marks on the ultra fast and technical temporary beach side street circuit that makes up the 15-turn 1.85-mile (2.98 km) course built for the SuperCars, Creed would quickly advance to the front of the field from his last starting position by lap three after benefiting from a spin by Canyon Lake, Calif.; driver Sara Price that log jammed the entire field. Creed was able to slide by on the outside and pass everyone to quickly move in the second position.

Lap-5 would see the TRAXXAS driver set his sights on leader Greg Gartner of Penola, South Australia, Aus.; the driver of the R&J Battery/Fuchs/Delkor Calcium Battery truck would be able to hold off the hard charging Creed for two laps before Creed would slip by on the inside of a corner and roll on cruise control into the sunset.

Well behind Creed a good battle for the second position was brewing as Scottsdale, Arizona driver P.J. Jones in the Royal Purple Synthetic Oil truck would work his way past Gartner into second, as Gold Coast, Queesland, Aus.; driver Matt Brabham would latch onto Jones bumper and move into the third spot ahead of Gartner. However the two drivers would run out of laps, as the lead Creed had built was just too great.

Jones would go on to finish in the second position while Brabham would claim the third spot to stay alive in the points championship. Gartner would hold on to finish in a season best fourth position.

Driving the Hot Wheels/ Toyo Tires/ Castrol EDGE truck for injured hometown Stadium SUPER Trucks driver Matt Mingay, Robby Gordon of Orange, Calif. would race to a fifth place finish.

Singleton, New South Wales, Aus.; driver Toby Price would finish in sixth position in his Arctic Cat/ KTM Australia/ Mitsubishi truck after having a hard fought battle with Gordon the entire race, but ultimately spinning with two laps to go losing extensive ground.

Shaun Richardson driving the Positive Quality Trailers/ Thor Demolition/ Savino Del Bene truck would rebound for two spins during the course of the 10-lap event to recover and finish in the seventh position.

Early race leader Bill Hynes of Nazareth, Penn.; would drive a very conservative and smart race holding off a hard charging Gartner and Jones at the beginning of the event to finish his World Gym Australia truck in the eighth spot.

Making her first SST start in Australia Sara Price driving the SuperCheap Auto/Coffee Sisters/Murphy Glass & Mirror truck would really struggle getting the handle on the tight and technical track pointing her truck in the wrong direction multiple times. Price would be credited with ninth position.

First time SST competitors Matty Nolan of Pacific Pines, Queensland, Aus.; and Craig Dontas of Adelaide, South Australia, Aus.; would both have their hands full in their first SST start encountering all kinds of chaos spinning and bouncing off all sorts of barriers, walls, and competitors. The two drivers doing double duty this weekend racing both their v8Ute and SST would be credited with the tenth and eleventh positions in there Haymans Electrical Wholesaler and Clipsal 500 Adelaide trucks.

Norwell, Queensland, Aus.; driver Paul Morris in his SuperCheap Auto/Hungry Jacks would pull into the pit lane on Lap-4 with a mechanical issue and would loose nearly a lap to the front runners. Morris would be recorded in the twelfth position.

The SST trucks will race a second round Saturday afternoon in front of anticipated massive crowd at 12:10 p.m. local time.

Tickets for this weekend’s Gold Coast 600 are still available for purchase by visiting http://www.supercars.com/gold-coast/tickets/.

Sheldon Creed Launches to Victory in Stadium SUPER Trucks First Dirt Event of 2016

Charlotte, North Carolina (August 19, 2016)- Returning back to the dirt for the first time in the 2016 SPEED Energy Stadium SUPER Trucks World Championship schedule, 10 identically prepared SST trucks took to The Dirt Track at Charlotte Motor Speedway in Concord, North Carolina for the first of two recently added rounds.

Stadium SUPER Trucks World Championship point’s leader Sheldon Creed would continue his domination of SST capturing his eighth victory of the 2016 season in convincing fashion.

As a consistent drizzle throughout the race would truly test the grip of the DOT approved Toyo Open Country AT II Tires on the tacky red clay circuit constructed inside the The Dirt Track at Charlotte Motor Speedway.

However Creed, a resident of Alpine, California did not let the slick surface phase him one bit driving his No. 74 TRAXXAS sponsored truck from the ninth starting position to the front of the field by Lap-4.

Substitute driving for Dustin Scott whom injured himself during qualification runs earlier in the afternoon.

Early race leader Arie Luyendyk Jr. would bicycle the SPEED Energy/ Cobra Transportation Services No. 20 onto two wheels in the corner to the cross over jump forcing him to slam on the brakes, and turn around and loosing valuable track position. Creed would take advantage of the mistake to overtake the lead and not look back.

Creed’s TRAXXAS teammate Matt Brabham of Gold Coast, Queensland, Australia would practically latch onto the rear bumper of Creed going to the front of the field working his way into good battle with Luyendyk for the second spot by Lap-7.

After the competition caution no one would have anything for the two TRAXXAS drivers as they both would run one-two the rest of the event unchallenged.

Eighth starting Robby Gordon of Orange, Calif. would remain stuck mid-pack until Lap-10 when Gordon put an aggressive move on Luyendyk Jr. with a nasty slide job in the corner allowing him to move his Toyo Tires/KMC Wheels No. 7 into the third position.

Creed would go on to capture the victory ahead of teammate Matt Brabham, along with Robby Gordon rounding out the podium.

After breaking two ribs in practice earlier in the morning Norwell, Queensland, Australia driver Paul Morris would battle through the pain to drive his United Fiber & Data truck from the sixth starting position to fourth not overly pushing the limit of his wounded body.

Sara Price of Canyon Lake, Calif. making her third start in SST competition, but first with a newly announced partnership with UFD Racing. Price would start the 16-lap race in the fifth position and would remain in the fifth position throughout the event keeping up to the pace of skillful driver and teammate Paul Morris to get credited with a respectful fifth place finish.

Third starting Brian Ickler of San Diego, Calif.; making his first SST start would comfortably find the happy medium of the challenging to drive SST trucks after softly rolling over in morning practice. Ickler would drive the Arctic Cat/Toyo Tires No. 15 to a solid sixth place finish.

Santee, Calif. driver Robbie Pierce driving the Royal Purple Synthetic Lubricants No. 30 would lead the very first lap of the event, but would eventually begin to fade in the pack with power steering issues. Pierce would fight his truck around the challenging course to finish in the seventh spot.

Making his first ever start in a SST truck with only three laps of practice prior NASCAR veteran, and current Dirt Modified racer Kenny Wallace of St. Louis, Missouri would adapt quickly to the unique handling of an SST truck successfully bringing the SafeCraft Saftey Equipment truck home in the eighth position.

Nazareth, Penn. native Bill Hynes in the United Fiber & Data truck running a solid race would encounter a right front suspension issue, and pull off the course. Hynes would get created with ninth position.

Luyendyk, after running in the top three majority of the race would be credited with the tenth finishing position after breaking the studs off the left rear hub late in the event loosing his tire and forcing him to retire the SPEED Energy No. 20 truck.

Race two of the Showdown in Charlotte for the SPEED Energy Stadium SUPER Trucks Presented by Traxxas will take place on Saturday night August 20 at 9:15 pm ET.

Sheldon Creed Outduels TRAXXAS Teammate Matt Brabham for Honda Indy Toronto Victory

Toronto, Ontario, Canada (July 17, 2016) – In a complete role reversal of Saturday afternoons race, Sheldon Creed captured Sunday’s exciting SPEED Energy Stadium SUPER Trucks Presented by TRAXXAS (SST) closing event of the Honda Indy Toronto in Toronto, Ontario, Canada by besting his TRAXXAS teammate, and Saturday’s winner; Gold Coast, QLD, Australia driver Matt Brabham by a margin of .004 seconds.

Tenth Starting Robby Gordon of Orange, Calif. would waste no time getting to the front of the field tracking down SST’s first female competitor and early race leader Sara Price of Canyon Lake, Calif. on Lap-4. Following the tracks of the Gordon in the Arctic Cat/ Toyo Tires/ SPEED Energy No. 7 to the front from their eleventh and twelfth starting positions, TRAXXAS teammates Sheldon Creed of Alpine, Calif. and Matt Brabham of Gold Coast, Queensland, Australia would waste no time looking for the lead.

Right before the competition caution would fly Creed would nab the lead from Gordon, followed by Brabham in third. The restart would see Creed try to block Gordon for the lead, but Gordon would be too much for Creed to handle. Setting back into the second position Creed and Brabham would tandem draft down the back straight as the two TRAXXAS trucks would blow past the Gordon’s machine into the first and second positions.

The final four laps would see Brabham pull his No. 83 truck along side the 2015 SST Champion in a challenge for the lead. Racing side-by-side much of the race circuit Brabham and Creed would alternate the lead six different times three-wheeling through the corners and putting on an absolute display of driving talent.

Just like the day before the final lap would see the two TRAXXAS drivers continue to go side-by-side all around the Honda Indy Toronto street circuit with the capacity Canadian crowd on their feet with ecstatic cheers. Coming off the final corner Creed and Brabham would race neck and neck to the checkered flag. Creed would make contact with the side of Brabham causing him to fall off the side of the second jump coming to the checkered flag. The contact was enough to allow Creed to grab the victory by a mirror .004 seconds.

Sunday’s victory would be Creed’s seventh victory of the 2016 season.

Much like the position Paul Morris was in one day prior Gordon held the best seat in the house to view the multi-lap duel of the TRAXXAS drivers out in front of the field. Gordon waiting for both drivers to take each other out and capture the win would have to settle for finishing in the third position.

Looking to improve on his fifth place finish from Saturday; Singleton, New South Wales, Australia driver Toby Price would keep his SafeCraft Safety Equipment No. 87 clean sticking with the leaders and would capitalize on a late race spin by Norwell, Queensland, Australia driver Paul Morris. Price would cross the line in a respectable fourth position while Morris would be credited with the fifth spot.

Inver Grove Heights, Minn. driver Dustin Scott would advance one position from his seventh starting spot to claim the sixth position for the second straight day driving his SPEED Energy/ Cobra Transportation No. 20 truck.

Making his second start in a SST race, veteran CART/Champ Car and NASCAR driver Max Papis of Como, Italy would study extensive in-car video over the evening, and the results would show holding with the lead pack most of race. Papis whom was upset with his showing on Saturday, finished in a respectable seventh position and can’t wait to get back behind the wheel again to improve even more.

Scottsdale, Ariz. driver P.J. Jones was credited with the eighth position in the United Fiber & Data No. 98 after making slight contact with various trucks and falling back in the field.

Sara Price in just her second SST start would use all the knowledge she learned in Saturday’s first event to turn heads and capitalize on a mistake by Paul Tracy to drive her BitTorrent No. 78 truck to the lead on Lap-1. Price was able to lead her first three-laps before Gordon and Creed would work there by on the inside to the front of the field. Holding her ground Price would run with the lead pack for most of the event until the brakes would fade considerably forcing her to miss the braking zone on multiple corners ultimately finishing in a very respectable ninth place finish.

Third starting Russell Boyle of Toronto, Ontario, Canada driving the KMC Wheels/ NGStone/ Morgan No. 93 entered Sunday’s event looking to improve on yesterday’s skirmish with Toronto rival Paul Tracy. Boyle would loose the handle on his truck multiple times in the 11-lap event to finish in the tenth position in the final run down.

Bill Hynes from Nazareth, Penn. driving the United Fiber & Data truck was credited with the eleventh position after spinning and stalling his truck on Lap-8 and was unable to finish the scheduled amount of laps.

Fourth starting Paul Tracy of Scarborough, Ont., Canada would quickly jump out to an early lead as the Canadian fans went ecstatic. However, much like Saturday afternoon Tracy would encounter problems leading the race. Missing a breaking zone Tracy would stuff his Royal Purple Synthetic Oil truck into the tire barrier causing extensive damage to his No. 30 machine.

Matt Brabham would capture the overall win for the weekend with the lowest average of both races with his win on Saturday, and his second place finish Sunday, Second was claimed by Sheldon Creed, while the overall podium was completed by Robby Gordon in third.

The next event in the season-long SST World Championship will see the excitement of the SPEED Energy Stadium SUPER Trucks Presented by TRAXXAS return to the dirt and sand of Southern California with the Sand Sports Super Show event September 16-17.

Ultra Talented Field of Stadium SUPER Trucks to Race at Honda Indy Toronto

Toronto, Ontario, Canada (July 15, 2016) – Returning back to North America from a successful 3-race weekend just one week prior in Townsville, Queensland, Australia. An ultra talented field of 12 SPEED Energy Stadium SUPER Trucks Presented by TRAXXAS drivers will invade the 1.755 mi (2.824 km) temporary street course of the Honda Indy Toronto for 2 races of high flying action Saturday and Sunday.

The SST Honda Indy Toronto race weekend will feature 6 World Championship contenders, the return of some old faces, and two new competitors who look to make their first ever attempt behind the wheel of the fastest growing motorsport that is taking the world by storm.

Returning back to the SST racing since 2014, quite possibly the most famous Canadian racer, and 2003 CART/Champ Car Series Champion Paul Tracy, a native of Scarborough, Ontario will make his third attempt in a Stadium SUPER Truck with all of his previous starts coming in front of his hometown Toronto fans. Capturing three victories previously on the Exhibition Place course in 24 starts, Tracy will use his aggressive driving style and track experience to lead the No. 30 Royal Purple Synthetic Oil truck to the front.

Also joining Tracy on the streets of Toronto will be veteran road course racer Max Papis. Hailing from Como, Italy; Papis will use his extensive CART/Champ Car and NASCAR experience to make his first ever start in the identically prepared 650-hp trucks. Driving the SafeCraft Safety Equipment No. 9 there is no doubt that Papis will quickly adapt to unique form of racing the Stadium SUPER Trucks offer sliding through corners and hitting four strategically positioned ramps along the circuit.

Sara Price, a successful multi-championship Professional Motocross and UTV racer from Southern California will make SST history this weekend on the streets of Toronto becoming the first woman to compete in the SPEED Energy Stadium SUPER Trucks Presented by TRAXXAS race. Sara held a successful test session back in July, and much like Papis will adapt quickly to the extreme driving conditions of the SST trucks, and will not have any fear mixing up her BitTorrent No.78 truck up with guys.

Making his first North American SST start, 2016 Dakar 2-Wheel champion Toby Price of Singleton, New South Wales, Australia will take a break from his current Dakar training to get back behind the wheel of a SST truck, driving the SafeCraft Saftey Equipment No. 87. Coming off a successful runner-up finish at the Clipsal 500 in Adelaide, South Australia back in March, Price will look to have two more opportunities to get back on the podium.

Capturing 3 wins in 29 starts, Scottsdale, Ariz. driver P.J. Jones returns back to drive an SST truck. Jones last competed at the 2015 season finale at the Olympic Park Street Circuit in Homebush, New South Wales, Australia. Joining the United Fiber and Data 3-truck team for his first race of 2016, Jones a former 24 Hours of Daytona winner and experienced NASACR veteran whom has driven in the SST series since the exception in 2013 is always a threat to win with seventeen top five finishes to his credit.

Russell Boyle, a native Toronto teenager whom has shown success on karting tracks all over Canada, and United States will join the SST field at the Honda Toronto Indy for the second straight year. Boyle whom didn’t get many competitive laps in last years SST debut will look to grab a pair of respective finishes against a very talent field of competitors.

As the super talented group of infrequent SST competitors look to challenge the SST regulars, the race for the 2016 World Championship has not slowed down with an extremely good battle for the points lead brewing with 2015 SST Champion Sheldon Creed of Alpine, Calif. in his familiar red TRAXXAS truck just 48 points ahead of TRAXXAS teammate and 2016 Indianapolis 500 participant Matt Brabham of Gold Coast, Queensland, Australia going into Round 13 on Saturday. Creed a four-time winner at Toronto will look to extent his points lead on Brabham, at the very track he gained his first ever SST victory back in 2013.

Off-Road veteran and SST founder Robby Gordon of Orange, Calif. whom always is a threat for a win in anything he is driving will look to continue the positive momentum of his win from last weekends Round 11 in Townsville as he looks to put the bright green Arctic Cat/Toyo Tires/ SPEED Energy No. 7 back in podium contention.

Fielding three trucks in this weekends Honda Indy Toronto; Team United Fiber & Data drivers Bill Hynes of Nazareth, Penn. and Paul Morris of Norwell, Queensland, Australia will welcome P.J. Jones to the bright blue brigade as the United Fiber & Data trucks will be well represented in SST competition. Always a strong competitor in any racecar he is driving, veteran V8 Supercar driver and Sprint Car driver Paul Morris coming off a successful weekend in Townsville will continue to compete for his first win of the season.

Rounding out the entries for the Honda Indy Toronto, Inver Grove Heights, Minn. driver Dustin Scott in the SPEED Energy/ Toyo Tires No. 20 making his seventh SST start of the season. A championship dirt track racer born on the slick tracks of the Midwest will adapt well to the little grip offered on the bumpy Honda Indy Toronto track, as he looks to capture his first podium finish of the season.

Thousands of fans from all over the Canadian providence of Ontario will be in amazement as the 12-SST drivers launch there specifically made trucks over the four 36-inch-tall man-made ramps as much as 20 feet in the air and 150 feet down course with speeds in excess of over 130 mph. The identically prepared trucks that are made to resemble their scaled-down TRAXXAS radio-control-car counterparts will leave all fans at the Honda Indy Toronto with something to talk about.

Gordon driving the Hot Wheels/ Castrol EDGE colors this weekend for injured SST driver Matt Mingay would go on to lead two laps after passing Viso. Immediately from the start of the race this became a race for the ages, as Orange, Calif. driver Robby Gordon would jump out to an early lead on Lap-2 from his sixth starting position, as Alpine, Calif. driver Sheldon Creed would navigate through the traffic jam with perfection to place his TRAXXAS truck right on the rear bumper of Gordon from twelfth. The only two SST Champions in it’s four year history where prepared to put on a show for the capacity crowd that stuck around after the IndyCar event to witness the high-flying, tire squealing chaos we call Stadium SUPER Trucks.

For ten consecutive laps the two drivers absolutely stunned the crowd with the most impressive display of clean SST racing you could ask for. Passing each other back and forth with side-by-side drag racing into corners, bumping each other’s rear bumper, as they would slide around the corners smoking their ultra though Toyo Open Country AT II tires.

The two drivers were checked out from the field having an absolute blast when USAC officials waved the red flag at the start of the eleventh lap for a big accident for Pleasant Hill, Calif., driver Pat O’Keefe who violently rolled his truck over the front stretch TRAXXAS ramp into the catch fence.

As safety crews checked on O’ Keefe, the race was deemed completed with Creed the victor over Gordon.

When it comes to a driver that has been at the front of the field in all Stadium SUPER Truck events in 2016, Surfers Paradise, QLD, Australia driver Matt Brabham is the guy. Brabham has positioned his bright blue United Fiber & Data No. 83 in position to win at all six previous rounds. Sunday was no different advancing to the front of the field from his eleventh starting position. Brabham would put pressure on the lead two of Creed and Gordon on Lap-3 briefly, but the pace of Gordon and Creed was too quick as the two worked out to a 4-truck lead over Brabham. Brabham would remain in third until Tyler McQuarrie would content for that position from him and make the a pass on Lap-6. However, Brabham would fight back making contact with McQuarrie sending both trucks spinning. Brabham would be able to work his way back into the third position where he would finish the exciting event.

Burbank, Calif. driver Erik Davis in just his fifth start in Stadium SUPER Trucks would put himself in the right positions at the right time on Sunday hitting his marks and driving a super clean race. Including avoiding a late race tangle with fellow Californian Tyler McQuarrie and Dustin Scott. Davis would drive his Always Evolving/AERNow/ Replay XD truck to a very respectable fourth place finish.

Mr. Excitement from Saturday’s Round No. 6 Tyler McQuarrie would once again have his Safecraft Saftey Equipment truck ultra fast. McQuarrie would quickly move from tenth starting position into a battle with the lead pack in four short laps. McQuarrie and Brabham would once again find themselves racing hard with each other on the racetrack. McQuarrie would work past Brabham on Lap-6, but Brabham would continue to apply pressure to McQuarrie the two drivers would make contact sending McQuarrie spinning. McQuarrie didn’t stop there as he worked on moving back through the pack but once again would encounter trouble with the Davis and Scott truck. McQuarrie would claim the fifth position.

In making just his fourth ever start on asphalt Dustin Scott of Inver Grove Heights, Minn., would recover the SPEED Energy/ Cobra Transportation Services No. 20 from a early race spin to battle his way back into the third position on Lap-8 until contact with Davis and McQuarrie would make him spin loosing multiple positions. Scott would be credited with the sixth position.

United Fiber and Data/ LIVE driver Bill Hynes of Nazareth, Penn. would be scored in the seventh position ahead of SST newcomer Khaled Al Mudhaf of Kuwait City, Kuwait in eighth.

O’Keefe in the SafeCraft Safety Equipment truck would go on to be credited with ninth in the finishing order after his jaw-dropping aerial acrobatics on the front stretch.

Norwell, QLD, Australia driver Paul Morris would run in the top-5 majority of the day before blowing a power steering line on Lap-6 causing him to pull into the pit lane under the competition caution. As the SST support crew went to work on the United Fiber & Data/LIVE No. 67, but Morris would loose 3 laps to the lead pack. Once rejoining the field Morris would go on to finish the race and be credited with a tenth place finish.

Davey Hamilton of Nampa, Idaho would encounter fuel pick up problems on Lap-6 and would pull the No. 30 Royal Purple Synthetic Oil entry onto pit road for service under the competition caution, but would not rejoin the field.

TRAXXAS driver Keegan Kincaid of Crandon, Wisc., would jump out to an early lead before a electrical issue would end his race early on Lap-2 scoring him in the twelfth spot.

The overall standings over the two races would see Sheldon Creed capture the overall victory with his win on Saturday and Sunday. Matt Brabham would claim second, and Tyler McQuarrie in the third spot.

The next event in the season-long SST World Championship will see the thrills and spills of the SPEED Energy Stadium SUPER Trucks Presented by TRAXXAS head to the northern United States for the Detroit Belle Isle Grand Prix June 3-5 for rounds eight and nine.

The two raced each other clean alternating positions for multiple laps. The battle for second was fierce, however no one was going to catch the 18-year old Alpine, Calif., native as he drifted corners smoking his Toyo Open Country A/T II tires the last few laps much to the delight of the roaring crowd en route to his 16 win of his SST career.

Making his first Stadium SUPER Trucks start, and first ever race on asphalt Inver Grove Heights, Minn., driver Dustin Scott would run the Cobra Transportation Services No. 20 in third spot for three laps running a consistent conservative pace prior to spinning on his own.
